Graphic Recording — Graphic recording is the practice of capturing conversations through live illustration. As ideas emerge, they are translated into a visual map that reveals key themes, connections, and insights. Working in real time during conferences, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and community engagements, Kathryn listens for the ideas that matter most and draws them as they unfold. The result is a memorable visual record that helps participants understand complex information, retain key messages, and continue the conversation long after the event has ended. Working primarily with markers on large-scale foamcore panels, Kathryn creates visual maps and knowledge walls filled with dynamic drawings and graphics. Digital graphic recording is also available for virtual events. For more than two decades, Kathryn has partnered with conference planners, healthcare leaders, public sector organizations, businesses, and community groups across Canada and internationally. She also collaborates with Thinklink Graphics, a collective of skilled graphic recorders. Interested in working together? Contact us to discuss your project or request a quote.
